Delete your Snoezel account
You can delete your account and child profiles in the app, or send us a request without using the app.
In the app
Open the parent settings and choose Delete everything. Confirm deletion. Keep the deletion status while cleanup is pending. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
Without access to the app
Email [email protected] from your account address with the subject Delete Snoezel account. Ask us to delete your account and associated data. Do not include a child’s name, password or sign-in code. We may verify that the request comes from the account holder.
What is deleted
Your request covers the parent account, child profiles, evening routine, settings, personal-story links, and the stories heard and hearts. Authentication and audio no longer used by anyone are cleaned up by background jobs. Recordings still used by other profiles, backups and technical deletion records are subject to the limits explained in the app privacy notice.
