Snoezel is provided by IamRoot BV (company number 0679.521.127), Sint-Gertrudisstraat 3, 3400 Landen, Belgium. Tom Robert handles the beta requests on behalf of IamRoot BV.
What do we keep?
Your email address, device choice, request language and when you gave consent. We also record email confirmation, approval, test access and email delivery status and dates. We don’t ask for your child’s name, age or other information.
What is it for?
To manage your request and contact you about taking part in the Snoezel beta. Your request does not subscribe you to advertising or a general newsletter.
Who receives it?
Depending on your device choice, we share your email with Apple for iPhone/iPad and Google for Android test access. Resend sends confirmation and installation emails. Other test families cannot see your address. These providers may process data outside the EU.
How long do we keep it?
Your request expires after 89 days. We remove it from the active invitation list and withdraw test access. We keep the details needed to remove your test access until removal is confirmed. You can ask us to delete it sooner. A copy may temporarily remain in backups. Our own encrypted backups are normally deleted after seven days; technical problems may extend this period.

Cookies and tracking
Necessary storage only remembers your cookie choice on this device. With your permission, the public home page sends a single page view to Umami, a statistics tool we host ourselves in the EU (DigitalOcean, Amsterdam), reached through Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare and Umami then receive technical browser data and your IP address. Umami sets no cookies; it counts visits with an identifier that changes every day and keeps only the country, never city or region. We delete this data after 25 months; after that we keep only daily totals that cannot be traced back to a person or device. Advertising and ad personalisation are excluded. You can withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie preferences; this stops future measurement on this device. Cloudflare and the hosting provider may keep technical access logs.
